Preston Branch - FUNDRAISING EVENTS
Many thanks to everyone who contributed
to fundraising efforts during 2007, by volunteering,
donating goods, or buying from us. Or even all three!
Would you be willing to host a coffee morning / evening
for us? If you are in the Chorley, South Ribble, Preston
or Garstang area and would like US to bring our trade
stall to YOU, a coffee evening is a great way to get
your friends together to talk about cats and kittens,
and to do your shopping in the comfort of your own home.
DO YOU eBAY? We're currently making about £100
- £150 a month selling stuff on eBay. It's hard
work, because we've only got one volunteer doing it,
but if you currently sell on eBay, and are willing to
donate the profits of some auctions to us, then please
let us know as soon as you list the auction, and I will
link to it through this page.
We always need good quality bric-a-brac, CDs, videos,
DVDs, children's toys and household goods, but please
NO ELECTRICAL ITEMS or large items of furniture. We cannot legally sell them, and
have to take them straight to the council recycling
centre.

2008 Annual Raffle
We are now selling tickets for the Preston Branch Annual Raffle. Tickets are 50p each, and are available at Withy Grove vets, Station Road, Bamber Bridge, Riverbank Vets on Watery Lane, Preston, or from any table top sale. If you have a business and would like to sell tickets for us, or if you would like to promote your business by donating a raffle prize, please contact us via Jeanette@prestoncpl.com or on 01772 436885. If you would like to buy tickets, you can contact us in the same way. Postage is free for orders of ten tickets or more, otherwise please add an extra 50p.
The raffle will be drawn at the Cat Extravaganza at St Leonard's Church Hall, Marshall's Brow, Penwortham on Saturday 6th September between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. The first prize is £100, and there are many other prizes.
